Our board members are at the heart of our organization, providing strategic direction, supporting our mission, and ensuring the success of our programs.

As an RFL board member, you’ll serve a 3-year term, participating in monthly meetings and engaging with various committees that focus on programming, fundraising, communications, finance, and alumni relations. You’ll also play a vital role in connecting RFL to potential sponsors, recruiting participants, promoting our programs, and volunteering at events.

In addition to contributing your expertise and time, we ask for an annual financial commitment to help sustain our impact. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of leadership development in our valley and beyond.
