The RFL Facilitator Program is a leadership development experience for alumni ready to deepen their practice through real-time facilitation, reflection, and feedback.

Are open to giving and receiving honest feedback

August – May: 6–10 hours per month
(Includes team facilitation, monthly sessions, and select Academy days)
