On Friday, October 10, we’re teeing off at the breathtaking Lakota Links golf course in New Castle, a one-of-a-kind desert-style course with panoramic mountain views, stunning fall colors, and just the right balance of challenge and fun. This tournament is more than a day on the green—it’s a celebration of leadership, community, and the power of paying it forward.
Why We’re Golfing
This event is more than just a great day outdoors. It’s an opportunity to raise vital funds for RFL’s leadership programs, including scholarship support for future Academy and Mastermind participants. As economic pressures grow in our region, RFL remains committed to making high-impact leadership development accessible to people of all backgrounds, industries, and income levels.

- Team Format: 4-person scramble
- Registration: $600 per team (includes green fees, cart, lunch, beverage tickets, and post-round celebration)
- Check-In: 9:00 AM | Shotgun Start: 11:00 AM
- Fun Extras: Contests, raffles, team photos, and more surprises throughout the day!

This isn’t just a tournament. It’s a gathering of like-minded individuals who believe that leadership at the local level can change everything. Whether you’re an RFL alum, a community partner, or a first-time participant, this event is for you.
Not a golfer? That’s okay with us. From 4-6pm we’ll be hosting an Alumni + Friends Happy Hour. You’ll get to celebrate the tournament and contest winners, connect with other alumni and community members, and enjoy an early afternoon at a beautiful location. We are also excited to announce that Down Valley Brewing will be at our Alumni + Friends Happy Hour, offering free beer tasting of their locally brewed beers.
