About Roaring Fork Leadership
Roaring Fork Leadership is a Colorado nonprofit organization dedicated to developing leaders, strengthening connections, and building the civic capacity of communities throughout the Roaring Fork and Colorado River valleys.
This website provides information about RFL, our programs, events, resources, community initiatives, and opportunities to participate in or support our work.
Use of This Website
You may use this website for lawful personal, educational, and professional purposes consistent with RFL’s mission.

Program and Event Registration
RFL offers leadership programs, workshops, events, trainings, and other opportunities through this website.
Program descriptions, schedules, fees, eligibility requirements, cancellation policies, and other terms may vary by program or event. When additional terms are provided as part of a registration, application, agreement, or purchase, those terms also apply.
Submitting an application or registration does not guarantee acceptance or participation unless RFL confirms your enrollment or registration.
RFL may modify program schedules, locations, facilitators, speakers, activities, or other program details when circumstances require.
Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Fees for programs, events, sponsorships, or other activities are displayed or communicated at the time of registration or purchase.
Specific cancellation, transfer, and refund policies may apply to individual programs and events. When a specific policy is provided during registration, that policy controls.
Payments may be processed through third party payment providers. RFL does not control the security, availability, or practices of those providers.
Donations
RFL may provide opportunities to make charitable contributions through this website or through third party donation platforms.
Donations are used to further RFL’s charitable mission and programs. Unless RFL expressly agrees otherwise, charitable contributions support RFL’s overall charitable purposes, and RFL retains discretion and control over the use of contributed funds consistent with applicable law.
Information regarding the tax deductibility of a contribution will be provided when appropriate. Donors should consult their own tax advisors regarding their individual circumstances.
Colorado residents may obtain registration and financial information about charitable organizations from the Colorado Secretary of State. Registration by the Colorado Secretary of State does not constitute endorsement of an organization.
SMS / Text Message Program
Roaring Fork Leadership offers an optional text message program for silent auction bidders. You may opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box when you create a bidder account. Consent is not a condition of registering, bidding, or purchasing.
Enrolled participants receive transactional auction messages: outbid alerts, ending-soon reminders, and winner and payment notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. You may also email info@rfleadership.org. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, content on this website, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, program materials, curriculum, publications, logos, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Roaring Fork Leadership and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Website materials may be viewed, downloaded, or printed for personal and noncommercial use unless otherwise stated.
RFL program materials, curriculum, assessments, facilitator materials, publications, and other proprietary resources may not be reproduced, sold, substantially modified, distributed, or used to conduct programs or trainings without prior written permission from RFL.
The Roaring Fork Leadership name, RFL name, logos, and other RFL branding may not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation without permission.
Information You Submit
When you submit information through an application, registration form, survey, contact form, nomination form, or other website feature, you are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with RFL’s Privacy Policy.
If you voluntarily provide testimonials, photographs, stories, project materials, or other content for publication or promotional purposes, any additional permissions or releases provided in connection with that submission will govern RFL’s use of those materials.
