FREE Communication Training…..The Power of Connections: A 4-Part Workshop Series on Effective Communication is designed to empower individuals at all career levels with essential communication skills vital for personal and professional success. This comprehensive program, totaling 8 hours, delves into crucial communication techniques, styles, and strategies aimed at enhancing credibility and influence.

Dates: Monday’s – June 3, 7, 10, 24, 2024

Time: 2 PM- 4PM

Where: Pitkin County Library in Aspen

This course supports individuals who seek to cultivate more effective communication skills, clearer messaging, and better align intention and impact. By incorporating better communication strategies, participants will not only enhance their ability to convey their needs and desires clearly but also foster a sense of belonging within their teams and organizations. Through this training, you will identify your needs and desires, practice stating them clearly, and recognize ineffective aspects of your personal communication that may be deterring you from successful interactions or hinder your impact. By identifying your goals for communication and implementing strategies that promote inclusivity and belonging, you will develop an approach that is assertive, clear, and direct, ultimately contributing to a culture where all individuals feel valued and included.

Eligibility Requirements: Seating is limited to 20 attendees. To ensure an impactful and engaging event tailored to our local community, attendance at this forum is limited to individuals who are self-employed within Basalt, Snowmass, or Aspen or employed within Basalt, Snowmass, or Aspen.

Please ensure that you can commit to attending three of the four sessions.
 If you are not 100% sure you can attend, we kindly ask that you allow someone else to have a seat. These  sessions will be held on June 3, 10, 17, and 24 at the Pitkin County Library in Aspen
