Norman Fajardo was born and raised in Honduras and earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Advertising in 2010. He has lived in Costa Rica and Spain and developed a career in hospitality, working on cruise lines, hotels, and resorts. His professional achievements include numerous awards, such as Manager of the Quarter and Employee of the Year recognitions. Currently, Norman serves as Director of Housekeeping at The Gant, where he leads teams and oversees operations with efficiency and excellence.
Norman joined the RFL Academy to strengthen his leadership skills, continue personal growth, and expand his professional network. He values opportunities that allow him to learn from others, improve his leadership abilities, and positively impact the community.
Through participation, Norman hopes to leverage his experience to support future leaders, strengthen community connections, and contribute meaningfully to the Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valley. He is committed to applying his skills, passion, and dedication to initiatives that foster growth, development, and positive change within the community.
