Meet Michael Whiddon, a current RFL Academy 2022 participant! Michael is an accounting manager with Holy Cross Energy and also volunteers as a treasurer for a local charity and high school scholarship program. He first became interested in RFL Academy as a way to become a better team member and leader. He is most looking forward to increasing his soft skills, such as emotional intelligence, and networking with other local professionals.
