Introducing Cathey Massey, an RFL Academy 2022 participant! Cathey joined RFL Academy to connect with other leaders in the Valley and learn new ways of leading. She is particularly interested in learning about diverse leadership styles. Cathey’s most fulfilling leadership experience has been with Medtronic’s ASPIRE, a program devoted to women leaders where she served as the Vice-Chair and Chair. She has also served on the board for BATT human trafficking. RFL’s mission is to develop and enhance civically engaged leaders in our Valley. We are thankful for all that you’ve already done, Cathey, and look forward to taking your leadership to new levels!
