Carson Campbell moved to Aspen in seventh grade from Phoenix, Arizona, and graduated from Aspen High School in 2013. He earned a degree in Spanish with a business minor from the University of Colorado at Boulder, including a year studying abroad in Madrid, Spain, which cultivated his independence, cultural understanding, and language skills. After working at the Ritz-Carlton Aspen Highlands, Carson pursued an MBA at Regis University in Denver. Today, he works at Alpine Bank in Basalt, focusing on professional development and community engagement.
Carson joined the RFL Academy to strengthen his understanding of local organizations, expand his professional network, and engage more meaningfully in the community. He is motivated to explore leadership opportunities and grow personally and professionally through the program.
Through his participation, Carson hopes to identify and join organizations aligned with his values, create meaningful friendships, and make a positive impact in the Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valley. He looks forward to building connections that deepen his community involvement while continuing his personal leadership journey.
