Amanda Perusse has called the Roaring Fork Valley home for 25 years. Originally from Kansas, she graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Kinesiology and earned a varsity letter in Crew. Amanda spent seven years as Spa and Salon Director at the Aspen Club and Spa, leading a team of 60 seasonal employees, where she honed skills in team management, organization, and anticipating needs. She now serves as Executive Administrative Assistant at Aspen Fire Protection District, applying her leadership skills to support the district’s operations and leadership team.
Amanda joined the RFL Academy to continue her personal and professional growth, refine her leadership abilities, and learn new ways to contribute meaningfully to her organization and community. She values opportunities that challenge her thinking, foster collaboration, and enhance her influence as a leader.
Through her participation, Amanda hopes to make a positive impact on both her administrative team and the broader Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valley community. She aims to foster collaboration, efficiency, and shared purpose while expanding her leadership toolkit and professional network.
