Snowmass Rotary Volunteer Sign-Up

Snowmass Rotary Wine Festival Volunteers We are seeking two volunteers to serve the community by helping with the Snowmass Village Rotary Club in its annual wine festival fundraising event Saturday, 18 September at the Snowmass Recreation soccer field. The Snowmass Wine Festival hours are from 1:30-5 PM. There will be two shifts from 1 – 3 PM and 3 -5 PM. The two hours, when you’re not volunteering, you can enjoy the festival! Please show up a half-hour before your shift to check-in (at the gazebo right inside the entrance). They need volunteers to assist with vintner and restaurant needs; fulfill ‘security’ roles at the entrance point; monitor trash/recycling receptacles; and greet patrons as they enter the events. Thank you!
  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

Why Volunteer?

Volunteers have an enormous impact on the health and well-being of communities worldwide.

One way to measure the impact of volunteers is to take a look at how many hours were served within a year.

In 2010, 62.8 million people volunteered and using Independent Sector’s hourly estimate it was valued at $173 billion. That is a lot of value. If it were a company it would be bigger than Ford, AT&T or Apple.
