We’re thrilled to announce that Roaring Fork Leadership has been selected to staff the Cantina at the 54th Annual Mountain Fair—and we need YOU to join the crew!
This is one of Carbondale’s most beloved events, and volunteering at the Cantina is a high-energy, community-filled way to give back and raise funds for RFL’s leadership programs. Plus, we’ll be working alongside our neighbors at Mt. Sopris Montessori for a fun, shared shift!
Your Shift:
🕥 Saturday, July 26 from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM
📍 Mountain Fair Cantina, Sopris Park, Carbondale
🎉 A fast-paced, joy-filled day of teamwork, music, and community vibes
💵 RFL earns a portion of the tips—so your good attitude helps fund great leadership
Volunteers Needed (No experience required!):
We need 12 awesome volunteers to cover the following fun and essential roles:

Wristband Checkers (2) – ID checkers + wristband heroes

Drink Servers (4) – Take orders, make change, and keep the good energy flowing

Beer Pourers (3) – Tap masters and foam artists
-
Mixed Drink Makers (3) – Cocktail pros in the making
We’ll do our best to match you with a role you’re excited about!
A Few Things to Know:

TIPS certification is preferred, but not required. We’ll have a short training review before the shift begins.

Arrive on time, well-fed, and ready for fun—you may get a little wet or sticky, so dress accordingly.
