Why did you apply to be in RFL? I am an entrepreneur so am always looking for ways to develop personally and professionally.

How has RFL impacted your life? That’s a big question for it has impacted me in numerous ways. Personally, I grew immensely during Academy. Professionally it helped me see that leadership development was near and dear to my heart and something I wanted to focus on in the future. That lead me to start SPARK the youth division of RFL in 2016.

What is your definition of success? When you apply yourself whole-heartedly and authentically…you succeed.
