RFL Live Presents: Already Enough—Three Ways You’re Ready to Make the Leap as a Leader

Are you hoping to take on new responsibilities? Get a promotion? Even start a new business?

Most people hesitate because they don’t know how it’s going to work out. They don’t know if they will succeed. But that’s built into the system. There’s no way around it. You can’t know what will happen. But what you can see is that no matter how things turn out, you already have everything you need to be an effective leader. This three-part series, led by executive coach and Roaring Fork Leadership Board Member Jeff Munn, will point to a shift in perspective that gives his clients more ease, joy, and impact. And help you see that many of the things you habitually look for outside of you are actually already built-in.

While you don’t need to attend every session to benefit, the three sessions will build on and reinforce each other:

  • July 20 —Your Innate Resilience. Leaders thrive in difficulty. We will examine your built-in capacity to rebound from whatever life throws at you.
  • August 17 —Your Innate Connection. Leaders thrive in relationships. We will examine your innate ability to connect deeply with other humans.
  • September 21 —Your Innate Wisdom. Leaders thrive at making decisions. We will examine your built-in ability to see what you need to do next.

Snowmass Rotary Wine Festival Volunteers

We are seeking two volunteers to serve the community by helping with the Snowmass Village Rotary Club in its annual wine festival fundraising event Saturday, 18 September at the Snowmass Recreation soccer field.

The Snowmass Wine Festival hours are from 1:30-5 PM. There will be two shifts from 1 – 3 PM and 3 -5 PM. The two hours, when you’re not volunteering, you can enjoy the festival! Please show up a half-hour before your shift to check-in (at the gazebo right inside the entrance). They need volunteers to assist with vintner and restaurant needs; fulfill ‘security’ roles at the entrance point; monitor trash/recycling receptacles; and greet patrons as they enter the events.
