As part of Leadership Month (February), we want to hear your answers to the questions below. We are asking that you upload a video (approx. 2 minutes or less) answering these questions.

Submissions may be featured on RFL’s social media, website, and other channels. You can easily record your video using your phone, Zoom, or other video recording software in a .mp4 or .mov format (most common.)
