Where are you originally from? Denver.

What brought you to the Roaring Fork Valley and how long have you been here? My husband was born and raised here and we moved here together in 2005 after college and a couple of years in Alaska.

What was your most interesting or unusual job?  My most interesting job was working as a vet tech / veterinary assistant.  One particular case I helped with while still in high school was a surgery on a 12 foot Burmese python who essentially ate too much and became impacted.

Why did you apply to be in RFL?  To step out of my comfort zone and expand my network.

What is your definition of success?  A feeling of accomplishment or fulfillment.

What are you most proud of in the last year?  Making a case to my employer for sending me to RFL over joining the team at a conference that I had no interest in attending.

What’s something you want to do in the next year that you’ve never done before?  Charter our own sailboat.

Anything you would like to share so far about your RFL experience? I have made amazing connections with some pretty awesome people and I cannot wait to see how far we all come in the end.
