Research shows that when people focus on wellness, not only does recovery happen faster, but it lasts longer.

Annie Edgecombe is a Program Coordinator with Mind Springs Health, the Western Slope’s largest provider of counseling and therapy for mental wellness. With a master’s degree in nutrition and as a certified yoga teacher, Annie believes overall wellness is a critical part of mental, physical, and community health. Annie works to build and oversee programs that help shape community health in the Roaring Fork Valley.
