Our Educational Method: Most types of learning we have encountered throughout our careers might be referred to as informative learning which is based in a centuries old psychological model of performance. The Mastering Performance in Business Course utilizes an extensively proven ontologically based educational model which employs “transformative learning” to provide breakthroughs in performance for individuals, groups and the larger organization. While both types of learning are useful and valuable, transformative learning occurs in a different dimension than informative learning.
