The RFL Academy prepares participants to transform conflict into effective results, personal agendas into collaborative agreements, and business as usual into an inspirational call to action. RFL Academy strives to inspire participants who will think differently about themselves and their role in their community, who will have a sense of social and civic responsibility. It is our belief that when people’s effectiveness as leaders increases so does their desire to step up into leadership roles. In RFL Academy, participants will have the opportunity to put the leadership learnings into practice by applying the skills of consciousness, emotional intelligence, integrity, trust, collaboration, communication, innovation, leading change, civic engagement, public speaking, decision making, effective teams, and giving and receiving feedback. This course is designed so participants get hands-on “experiences” and “application” of all these leadership skills, to developing mastery in each area.
