Monica Maldonado
Born and raised in the Roaring Fork Valley, Monica is the Owner Relations and Business Development Manager at East West Hospitality. She is passionate about building inclusive, collaborative, and enjoyable teams. Outside of work, Monica can be found mountain biking, hiking, skiing, or paddleboarding with her dog, Bruin.
She joined the RFL Academy to enhance her leadership skills, expand her professional network, and gain actionable insights into supporting teams and driving positive change in the Roaring Fork Valley. Through the program, Monica hopes to strengthen her ability to mentor others, facilitate collaboration, and contribute to initiatives that promote community resilience and growth. She is excited to connect with fellow participants, share her experiences, and apply new strategies to make a lasting, meaningful impact locally.
