Lorena believes it is important to invest energy in personal growth. There are always areas to improve and nurturing those needs can help you excel in the workforce and at home. Especially after these last couple of years,  Lorena realized that growth is necessary for us to keep moving forward, as individuals and as a community. Lorena has never thought of herself as a leader, but she came to Mastermind to learn how she could become more confident in leadership roles.
