Liz Ludwig grew up in Garfield County and built her nursing career through determination, earning both her ADN and BSN while raising two children as a single mother. She now serves as Inpatient Nurse Manager at Aspen Valley Health. Passionate about growth, Liz continually challenges herself both professionally and personally – learning new languages, instruments, and skills. Outside of work, she enjoys climbing and snowboarding and supports the Aspen Hope Center. Through RFL Mastermind, Liz is focused on better understanding her leadership strengths and intentionally guiding her continued growth.
