We welcome Katie Ralston to RFL Academy 2022! Katie’s most fulfilling leadership experience thus far has been as a violin teacher for the Aspen Music Festival and for School’s Beginning Strings, an after-school program in the Roaring Fork Valley elementary schools. She has learned that success happens when she is able to meet her students where they are at — acknowledging and building upon their ability, focus, interest, goals, and learning style. “Teaching has provided me with a newfound awareness that each one of us approaches the world in a unique way, and to recognize those differences in ourselves and others.” Katie is most excited about gaining long-lasting friends and colleagues through RFL Academy.
