Alondra Zepeda grew up in Rifle, Colorado, and now serves as Bilingual Program Director for Access AfterSchool—an organization she once attended as a student herself. Her journey from participant to leader reflects her deep commitment to education and community impact. Alondra holds a degree in Elementary Education and is known for her warmth, creativity, and heart-centered leadership. She joined RFL Mastermind to strengthen confidence, navigate leadership at a young age, and build a supportive network of women leaders who uplift one another and the communities they serve.
