Allison Schneider, from Glenwood Springs, learned hunting from her husband and has since harvested a bull elk and three mule deer, demonstrating perseverance, patience, and focus. She excels at coordinating projects so that teams feel empowered and involved. Allison joined the RFL Academy to grow her leadership skills, expand her network within the Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valley, and gain strategies for fostering collaboration and engagement. Through participation, she hopes to create empowering team environments, inspire action, and positively impact her community.
