Where are you originally from? Tomball, Texas?

What brought you to the Roaring Fork Valley and how long have you been here? Adventure of course. After starting my career in Houston, my wife and I were eager to get back to a place that allows us to do the things we enjoy.

What was your most interesting or unusual job? I originally came to Colorado as a raft guide and one of my guests offered me my first engineering job.

Why did you apply to be in RFL? It looked challenging and I really enjoy pushing myself.

What is your definition of success? To love God and love people.

What are you most proud of in the last year? I have an amazing wife, awesome daughter, and we’re now in the process of adopting our son!

What do regret not doing in the last year? Biking more.

What’s something you want to do in the next year that you’ve never done before? Go to India to pick up our son.

Anything you would like to share so far about your RFL experience? RFL is full of incredible people and I am really lucky to be there.

What’s the best advice you ever heard? Pray like it all depends on God, work like it all depends on you – St. Augustine.
